* 10% of installation costs will be deducted for cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance.
* If you wish to change the date of your reservation, please notify us at least 72 hours before the initial reservation. In this case no additional charges will be applied.
* Cancellation made less than 72 hours before the date of the activity will be refunded 50%.
* If you do not show up on the date of the activity, 100% of the cost of the activity will be charged.
* The company reserves the right to modify or cancel the activity due to unforeseen weather circumstances or routes where it is not safe to operate. If we cancel the activity, you will be offered an alternative date or receive a full refund.
* The company provides personal insurance that covers all our guests against any unexpected accident that may occur during the activity. A copy of all guests' ID or passport is required for confirmation.
* For health and safety reasons, pregnant women, asthmatics, people with orthopedic elements, children under 3 years of age and adults over 70 years of age are completely prohibited from participating in the activity.
* People with chronic illnesses, heart problems, spinal problems, recent operations and other health problems are advised not to participate in the activity due to medical services not being easily available.
* Children can use the pool under the supervision of their parents or guardians at all times. The company is not responsible for any incidents or accidents that may occur.
* Guests under 20 years of age must be accompanied by their parents or guardians.
* Alcohol will not be sold to those under 20 years of age.
* Refrain from bringing unnecessary and valuable objects to the activity.
* Refrain from bringing large sums of money to the activity.
* We remind you that travel insurance only covers incidents related to the person that occur during the development of the activity, loss of money, loss or damage to smartphones, cameras and other objects are not covered by the insurance.
* Pets are not allowed on board.
* Drugs and weapons are prohibited on board.
* Jumping from the boat is prohibited.
* A smart casual dress code is required to enter the club. Sportswear, tank tops, cut-offs, crocs, sandals with socks, and plastic bags are not permitted. We reserve the right to deny entry to guests who do not comply with the dress code.
