Due to safety reasons, pregnant women are not accepted on excursions. Also children under 3 years old and adults over 70 years old are not allowed, as insurance coverage in Thailand does not extend to these age groups. All snorkeling activities start from the boat, not the shore. Life jackets are available for those who require them and tour guides are always available to help and support you. We advise staying close to the group and implementing a buddy system (pairings) when snorkeling. Guests must be able to go up and down the boat stairs independently. Please note that there is a possibility of getting wet on the boat, so valuable items such as smartphones and cameras should be properly protected. In case of rain, we provide raincoats to our guests. For safety reasons, guests must remain seated during the journey. It is imperative that guests always follow the tour guide's instructions as they are experienced and licensed professionals.

The insurance extends to accidents involving personal injuries that are directly associated with the incident. However, please note that lost or damaged personal items, such as mobile phones, cameras or other items, are not included in the insurance policy. We strongly advise against bringing non-essential items or high-value possessions on the excursion for your own peace of mind.

All our partners have superior quality, contemporary and comfortable speed boats, equipped with the latest safety features. There are two types of speed boats: those with 2 engines (500 HP) and those with 3 engines (750 HP). The twin-engine speedboats are licensed to carry 25 guests plus crew in great comfort. Likewise, the 3-motor speed boats have capacity for 45 more guests. the crew.

The front of the speedboat is the most vulnerable and exposed to the sun and experiences the most movement during the trip. For safety reasons, this area is not recommended for children and elderly people, and the captain and guide have the final say on whether guests can sit there. The interior of the boat offers a covered space, providing greater protection against the sun, wind and rain. The part rear of the boat, although partially covered, provides some protection from sun and rain. It is the most balanced area and recommended for people prone to dizziness. However, since this part is closer of the engine, it is also the noisiest. Each boat is equipped with a bathroom, safety life jackets and we also provide raincoats in case of rain. It is prohibited to walk, change places without warning and other type of movement inside the boat while the boat is in motion.

Most excursions stop operating during the rainy season, which runs from the months of May to October. However some excursions such as Phang Nga Bay and Phi Phi Islands are available, please note Please note that safety is our top priority, regardless of the season. In such cases, you have the option to reschedule or change to lower risk excursions such as Phang Nga Bay and James Bond Island, where sea conditions are usually more favorable. May Through September, Phang Nga Bay tends to be more sheltered from the elements, resulting in smaller waves and less wind impact.
